Self-refer for NHS talking therapies

Talking therapy is available to support anyone who is finding things hard. Your local IAPT team offer support which can help people manage stress and worry. It’s free, confidential and you can refer.

BadgerNotes

Any person who is pregnant can self-refer into the maternity services though an online portal called BadgerNotes.

Community Eye Care Service

Call 0300 303 4922 for the Community Eye Care Service. NHS appointments available at local optical practices for floaters, loss of vision, pain or infection.
 If you have registered for online access you can order your repeat medication and view part of your medical record including test results via the Systmonline Service. Please note that “booking appointments online” has been disabled in Systmonline as we now use AccuRx our online total triaging service or the NHS app.
The Filey Surgery is proud to have achieved the Armed Forces Veteran Friendly Practice Accreditation. Please inform a member of the reception team if you are a veteran so we can add this to your medical record. This helps your GP to better understand any military related health conditions that you may have. It also ensures that you are referred, where appropriate, to dedicated health and wellbeing services for veterans.
